Shipping Policy

US orders leave from Dallas, Texas. International orders leave from Hong Kong. Made to Order pieces ship from Hong Kong on their own timetable of 4–15 business days after purchase.

Orders over $75 USD ship free. Below that, a modest fee is added at checkout. Transit times depend on the destination and the carrier scan; we email a tracking number when the parcel leaves the warehouse.

We offset carbon on every webshop shipment.
