Frequently Asked Questions

About LinjerX

What is LinjerX?

LinjerX is an independent jewelry studio founded in 2014 by Jennifer Chong and Roman Khan. Headquarters sit in Hong Kong. We design our own pieces, shoot our own photography, and stock warehouses in Dallas, Texas for US orders and Hong Kong for the rest of the world.

Why are prices lower than traditional jewelry houses?

We sell only through this shop. Traditional fine jewelry is marked up at every wholesale and retail step. We work directly with the same class of factories used by well-known houses, then skip those extra layers, so a comparable piece costs much less.

Where can I see more photos?

Product pages carry studio and on-body images. Search #linjerco or @linjerco on Instagram, or email [email protected] with questions about a specific piece.

Where are reviews?

Verified customer reviews sit on each product page. We also keep a Trustpilot profile with a 4.7 average.

Materials & Quality

Is the jewelry real gold?

Yes. Every piece uses solid gold or sterling silver as the base metal. The product page names the alloy: 14k yellow, 14k white, 14k rose, gold vermeil, or sterling silver.

What is gold vermeil?

A recycled 925 silver core plated with 2.5–3.0 microns of gold—about five times thicker than typical “gold plated” jewelry and far thicker than flash plating. We use a 14k-toned hue.

Are diamonds lab grown?

Yes. They are physically, visually and chemically the same as mined stones, and they are conflict-free by design.

How do I find my ring size?

Measure the inner diameter of a ring that already fits, or wrap paper around the finger at the end of the day and compare to our size chart. When you are between sizes, go up. A LinjerX ring sizer is also available at cost.

Do you resize or repair?

We do not offer a general resize service. Manufacturing defects are covered by the two-year warranty—email [email protected].

What does Made to Order mean?

Some pieces are made after you order. Production takes 4–15 business days and they ship from Hong Kong, separately from in-stock items.
