Shipping

LinjerX offsets carbon on every shipment at no extra charge to you.

Where we ship. North America (Canada, Mexico, United States); Europe including the UK; Australia and New Zealand; Asia (Cambodia, Hong Kong, Japan, Macau, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan); and the United Arab Emirates.

Where orders leave from. US orders ship from Dallas, Texas. International orders ship from Hong Kong. Made to Order pieces always leave from Hong Kong.

Cost. Free shipping on orders above $75 USD. Below that threshold a small shipping fee applies.

Duties. Prices already include tax for Europe, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. Other destinations may collect duties on arrival.

Returns

If a piece is not right, send eligible items back within 30 days of delivery, unused, with original packaging. Custom work and items marked Final sale cannot be returned. Shipping fees are not refunded. Engraved pieces carry a $25 USD handling fee.

We do not run a formal exchange program. Return the original item and place a new order for the size or metal you prefer.
